Online Return Policy; All returns require order info for processing:
  • E-Liquid: If the E-Liquid you receive is unsatisfactory just Email support@newleafvapor.com or call us at (855) 444-5323 9:00am - 5:00pm EST/EDT Mon - Sat; only exchangeable on original order. You must let us know within 48 hours of receiving your E-Liquid. E-Liquid Exchange is at New Leaf Vapor’s discretion.

  • Batteries and Tanks: Warrantied for 60 days (90 days if specified by manufacturer) from date of purchase for manufacture defects. Signs of physical abuse to products are not eligible for warranty.

  • Coils: Coils are a consumable item; with a lifespan of approximately one week. Regrettably, due to the impact of external events and user error on a delicate instrument like a coil, we are unable to offer warranty exchange on these items. However, do not lose hope if you are having problems with coils! We know sometimes they can be difficult to master, and that is just what we want to help you do. If you are having trouble, before you give up, reach out to us and we will do our best to help you succeed!

  • Mechanical Mods and Advanced Equipment: Mechanical Mods, rebuildable atomizers, and their associated products are non-refundable or exchangeable. New Leaf Vapor Co. does not provide service or replacement parts for these items. You will have to contact the manufacturer yourself.

  • Warranty Exchanges: If performing a warranty exchange, a package will be shipped to you containing the replacement item/items and a return to sender package for the defective merchandise. Once you receive your warranty shipment just place the defective item in the return to sender package, seal it up and place it in the mail box. If the defective item is not shipped back to us within 15 days you will be charged for the replacement item.

  • Returns: If you are returning an item to us than you are responsible for shipping costs. Contact us at support@newleafvapor.com or call us at (855) 444-5323 9:00am - 5:00pm EST/EDT Mon - Sat for an RMA number; ship the item back to us and once we receive the item you will be refunded the purchase price.


Shipping and Handling:
  • Due to COVID19, transit time may be longer than expected.
  • All shipping when sent out is handled by USPS (United States Postal Service) at this time. 

  • All purchases over $50 within the United States qualify for free shipping.

  • We offer same day shipping if orders are verified in the system by 3:00pm EST/EDT Mon - Fri. Orders placed after 3:00pm on Friday will be processed and shipped on Monday, or the next business day if a holiday falls on Monday. Before checking on the tracking info please allow twenty four hours for the info to be updated.

  • Mail will not depart the warehouse on federal holidays but all orders placed will go out the following business day. All orders placed on Black Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
  • If in the event the package is delayed there are a few things you can do to make the experience easier. First, please contact the courier directly then contact us so we may make a note of the event and contact the courier as well. Please contact us at support@newleafvapor.com or call us at (855) 444-5323 EST/EDT 9:00am - 5:00pm EST/EDT Mon - Sat. In the event of a lost package we will send a new one. However, we are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by the courier. Our commitment to your satisfaction doesn’t end once we ship the product though, and we want to ensure you get what you pay for. So we will always try everything within reason to fix the issue at hand!
